導(dǎo)讀

黨的二十大召開期間，老撾國(guó)會(huì)副主席宋瑪·奔舍那?。⊿ommad　Pholsena）　作客中國(guó)日?qǐng)?bào)社推出的訪談節(jié)目《連線·全球政要看中國(guó)十年》。他稱贊中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨堅(jiān)守為人民服務(wù)的初心，并對(duì)人人共享發(fā)展成果的中國(guó)式現(xiàn)代化道路表示肯定。

宋瑪表示，他對(duì)中共二十大報(bào)告印象最深的就是習(xí)近平總書記講到“中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人民打江山、守江山，守的是人民的心”。這一點(diǎn)非常重要，因?yàn)閷?duì)于中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨來說，最主要的就是要守住人民的心，要“不忘初心，牢記使命”。

What　impressed　me　most　is　when　General　Secretary　Xi　Jinping　said　the　CPC　has　led　the　people　in　fighting　to　establish　and　develop　the　People’s　Republic　of　China，　and　it　has　really　been　fighting　for　the　support　of　the　people．　I　think　this　is　very　important　because　for　the　Party，　the　most　important　thing　is　to　keep　winning　the　support　from　the　people　and　to　stay　true　to　its　original　aspiration　and　founding　mission．

這句話也解決了如何跳出興衰周期的問題，那就是黨要善于自我革命，這一點(diǎn)值得所有人借鑒。

Secondly，　I　think　he　has　offered　a　solution　on　how　the　CPC　can　escape　the　historical　circle　of　rise　and　fall，　and　the　answer　is　that　the　Party　must　stay　committed　to　self－reform．　I　think　we　can　also　learn　from　that．

宋瑪認(rèn)為，中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨帶領(lǐng)中國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化，不僅借鑒西方國(guó)家經(jīng)驗(yàn)，更重要的是要走中國(guó)自己的發(fā)展道路，要保證每一個(gè)人都能享受到發(fā)展的成果。

In　my　personal　understanding，　the　Chinese　path　to　modernization，　while　involving　a　process　of　learning　from　the　experience　of　Western　countries，　means　that　the　nation　will　follow　a　path　of　its　own　development　ensuring　that　everyone　can　enjoy　the　outcomes　from　development，　which　I　think　is　the　most　important．

中國(guó)在短短的時(shí)間內(nèi)，讓全國(guó)近1億農(nóng)村貧困人口實(shí)現(xiàn)脫貧，解決了很多國(guó)家都沒有解決的問題。中國(guó)是如何實(shí)現(xiàn)精準(zhǔn)扶貧的？我想最重要的是中國(guó)人經(jīng)常說的“授人以魚不如授人以漁”。首先，讓老百姓學(xué)會(huì)先進(jìn)的種植、養(yǎng)殖技術(shù)。其次，是要有市場(chǎng)。資金固然重要，但更重要的是提供包括農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在內(nèi)的商品市場(chǎng)，這便是“授人以漁”。

Within　a　short　period　of　time，　China　has　lifted　nearly　100　million　rural　residents　out　of　poverty，　and　solved　a　problem　that　many　countries　are　still　grappling　with．　How　did　China　achieve　its　targeted　poverty　alleviation？　I　think　the　most　important　factor　can　be　found　in　a　Chinese　saying：?。t　is　better　to　teach　a　man　to　fish　than　to　give　him　a　fish＂．　First，　share　leading　planting　and　breeding　techniques　with　farmers．　Second，　the　development　of　markets　is　important．　Funds　are　a　key　factor，　but　what　is　more　important　is　to　provide　Laos　with　a　commodity　market　that　includes　agricultural　products，　a　practice　that　is　similar　to　teaching　a　man　to　fish．

宋瑪表示，“一帶一路”倡議和“構(gòu)建人類命運(yùn)共同體”思想的提出，展現(xiàn)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨為中國(guó)人民，乃至全人類謀幸福的國(guó)際主義情懷。“一帶一路”倡議和“互利共贏”理念日益得到各國(guó)人民的積極響應(yīng)和廣泛支持，在推動(dòng)中國(guó)自身發(fā)展的同時(shí)，也促進(jìn)了世界的互聯(lián)互通與共同繁榮。這體現(xiàn)了中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的政治優(yōu)勢(shì)和社會(huì)主義體制的巨大優(yōu)越性，為包括老撾在內(nèi)的廣大發(fā)展中國(guó)家探索符合本國(guó)國(guó)情的發(fā)展道路注入了信心和力量。

The　Belt　and　Road　Initiative　and　the　building　of　a　community　with　a　shared　future　for　mankind　show　the　CPC＇s　internationalist　perspective　to　seek　happiness　for　the　Chinese　people　and　all　mankind．　The　Belt　and　Road　Initiative　and　the　concept　of　attaining　win－win　outcomes　have　increasingly　received　positive　responses　and　widespread　support　from　people　of　all　countries．　They　have　driven　China＇s　own　development　and　promoted　connectivity　and　common　prosperity　for　the　world．　This　reflects　the　political　strength　of　the　CPC＇s　leadership　and　the　strength　of　the　socialist　system．　It　also　provides　confidence　and　strength　for　developing　countries，　including　Laos，　to　explore　a　development　path　that　suits　their　national　conditions．
